So you wouldn't put a claim in if something happened to you and it wasn't your fault? Insurance will always be far too expensive. The profits that the companies make are ridiculous. You have an accident, and you don't even claim cause your insurance will go up, it's all a big fucking CON!

Nooo i dont mean like that!

My gripe is against the ppl that claim for NOTHING...just make up shit to get a bit compo!

Obviously insurance is there to be used if you actually DO have a GENUINE accident etc....but not to be abused :tut:

I got fuck all for when the doctors fucked up my life when I was six months old so it really pisses me off when I hear about some of the compo claims that people try. Fair enough if you deserve it, I don't have a problem with that. But many people don't. I know I'm bitter but some of those people are just taking advantage of the situation because they know they can.

defo, i feel aswell because more people claim, it tends to sway the courts into giving less money because its happening to much and therefore the people that do deserve it don't get as much as they should.

I got smacked in the face with a spanner in Edinburger and couldn't claim criminal injuries cause I couldn'd ID the guy and be used as evidence in the case against him.

It was some ginger on the rampage on Lothian Road with a spanner.

    Queue the  's

probably cause the criminal gets fined for the crimes he's done and that money goes to you, but if theres no criminal then theres no money.

There wasn't enough proof that they were to blame apparently.

    Worst night of my life.

Wearing a cream jacket soaked in blood with my front two teeth missing and my face all cut I had to get the train back home at 6am in the morning cause I had lost my mate I was staying with and didn't know his address.

The looks I got in the centre of Glasgow were priceless. I knocked on my mates door and they all laughed at me.
