    I have no doubt that people from Ethnic backgrounds find it harder to find work because of the baggage that SOMETIMES comes with them, stuff like religion (Pray mats had to put down in the toilets in one I.T firm I worked at....) and poor knowledge of the English language.

    They are also discriminated against because of their race.

    This is why they find it harder to find work and have to take low paid jobs, nothing to do with them being lazy. That's where Asylum Seekers come in!
