Healthy or Un Healthy ?

    Healthy or Unhealthy?

    Well the chicken is full of protein, which is good. However, the way it's cooked also means it's very fatty and oily. The chips provide carbohydrates, which would normally be good, if it wasn't so late at night. Plus, the way they're cooked also means they have a high fat content. Top it all off with more carbs in the sauce, and a ton more in the pitta bread, and you have a big ol' plate of unhealthiness, to answer your question... ;)

    im not 100% sure, i was fine this morning, had a nap and woke up for richard and judy and just thought 'martins a cunt'

    dont know why...just feeling like a complete moron for ever being obsessed with him.

    i mean, hes cute, hes good in bed, but hes a complete tosser as a person.

    but nehow, back to the horrid looking food.

    even if it was healthy, i couldnt eat it...its all about presentation for me.

    i go to make myself a snack of cheese tomato and cucumber and i spend about 10 mins making it look pretty b4 i eat it.

    even sandwiches i serve with a side salad and crisps.

    fairly recent thing like...think its cos i have plates now :)
