think nearly everyone is in agreement about how good corvin dalek was!!! would of loved of heard him play the main set instead of picotto. picotto was not to bad, he played a much better set at the NEC though! big hello to everyone i met.. and met again and again.. lol i am truly horrible at remembering faces and must of re-introducded myself to some of you about 4 or 5 times!

left 40 mins before the end due to general tiredness.. gutted i missed 7 cities
but he played oakey - southern sun how good is that tune???? highlight of my night

thankyou to the entire promise crew from the bottom to the top for a superb night

Think i am going to have to agree with all of you on the fact that the night was mint apart from the fact some 40yr old beer boy messed my hair up fo no reason (daftcunt), after it had taken me 1 1/2 hrs to do. Was a tad dissapointed with Mr. Picotto a bit too soft for my liking but i cannot fault Corvin he was superb. And it was great to finally meet all of you.

OPEN THE FIRE DOORS PLEASE!!!!!! Most big clubs open the fire escapes during the night, why can't we?!?!? It was far too hot!!!!

I thought Corvin was good, thought he was much better the last 2 times, but I was too busy stressing @ the meet-up to pay much attention

Picotto last year was one of my favourate promise memories... Picotto this year was a big disapointment, went on far too long and didn't move me in the slightest...

Was really nice to see Promise sooooo busy

Well.. having spent most of saturday in a battered state, and couldn't be bithered to move on sunday, it's about time i said my piece about the the night..

The queue that greeted me on arrival was immense - the only other place i've seen it get that busy is at Inside Out, Glasgow - but it moved quickly enough and had a good chat with some peeps Got inside to meet and greet everyone on the board.. and was very surprised to find out who Glitter Angel was - just goes to show how small this world is.

Corven got the night started well.. his style had me reaching for the lasers.. Mauro started off well, but his music soon got repetitive and there was absolutely no energy in it - I ride the tunes so trance always lifts me up to a high, unfortunately Picotto's style left me wanting. The heat was getting VERY bad by this time, and everytime we needed the fire-exit open to cool us off a bouncer would soon put-paid to that and we'd be back in a sauna. Thanks to to whoever had the Kendle-Mint Cake, it sorted me out as I was getting more drained by the minute.
Thank fcuk the Matt Hardwick was on hand to save the night and lift the crowd up with some decent trance.. i had to disappear around 5am - two days worth of drinking and partying had caught up with me

Overall it was an good experience, I enjoyed meeting everyone and kicking off to Corven and Matt
However.. the air-con does need sorted out, I found myself going up to the Always room to try and cool off far too often.

Mauro does have a good following and in the past I have really like some of his sets. But for me on Friday his set just didn't hit the button for me, but that's just my personal taste i think. It was almost as if I was waiting for him to drop a trademark track or two to lift me up and on to the dancefloor. I really enjoyed the sets by Corven Dalek (who's becoming a favourite here) and Matt Hardwick (trance delivered at the right time - atmosphere went electric).. and I have to thank you for organising one hell of a birthday party, we really appreciated it
Promise is a club who's success and atmosphere are based on the people that come - that hasn't changed.. it is one of the most friendly and up-for-it club I've been to, and the line-ups get better by the month - let's all hope this never changes

it was good to see the club sooo busy but im not sure whether the people that filled the club were the right sort of people we want in promise...

i got started on twice within ten minutes inside the club and all because i bumped into someone...the bloke i bumped into must have not noticed how hard it was to move around due to all the people...stupid fucker

did look amazin though with sooo many people...the club was awash with a sea of people

the only thing that spoilt my night was the heat, it totally destroyed me to the point where i couldn't / didn't want to do anything.. all i wanted to do was go home like the flaker that i was

other than that.. i think you can pretty much class the night as a massive success, also just like to say the always room was the best i've ever seen it last night

i havn't really got a clue in any shape or form about who i met though

I think the crowd was better than I expected on friday... it was varied from the arrogant cybers (myself included ) to the sweaty topless gibbons but then I never got started on

i think promise was great on friday, and one of the reasons why was cos of how many people were in the club....it felt like another club and the atmosphere was superb!! im not saying that lots of people at promise is a bad thing

all i was sayin was that within 10mins in the door i got started on twice cos i bumped into people as there was no room to move...both times i apologised and both times got told to oh so politely "fuck off"
