Claire figured it out when she helped her escape from the medical hatch. She was talking to Rousseau about it and they figured it must be her daughter due to the age I think
got 1st 6 episodes of series 3 downloaded yesterday cant wait to have a hangover on sunday then watch them
it was so obvious like pretty much the first time we saw her Good episode! Hmm if it's starting on Sky next month then I might just wait for it. I can't see the reason being due to C4 "not caring" though....
there was the theroy of rapid climate shift. it was mentioned on the map discovered on the blast door in the hatch...which is...or at least was..credible.
I can. Look at the viewing figures for the 2nd series. They were awful. From 6 million for the first series to 1.9m. If I was Channel 4, I wouldn't be too bothered about it.
Sky have a habit of muscling their way in with the big shows though. Oh well i don't really care either way so long as I can still watch it! The second series was blatently better that the first though....
Only one reason why the figures dropped......downloads! They're so easily available, DVDs of the 2nd series must be up there with the highest selling DVDs of the whole year!!!
It's because channel 4 put them on about 6months later than they're on in America. if Sky put them on now they should get better viewing figures.
Exactly.. I dunno what the regulations etc are but if there's a show that is immensely popular after it's first season, it's daft to air the next season later than it is on in America. Especially today where everyone knows about the internet.. Nobody wants to see it a few months after the other half of the world. (or with adverts )
Totally, I really like lost but I've never watched a single episode on UK tv. Hollywood worked out a few years ago that they had to do global releases for films, it's just the same for TV now.
Even more so. If you get a film, you can watch it from beginning to end straight away. Doesn't matter if your m8's have all seen it a week before you and told you about certain parts because until you see the film it's all chit chat about something you don't know about. If you're addicted to a TV series like Lost, you have a very high chance of hearing all about what happens before you even get a chance to see it for yourself on UK TV unless you download it. I don't know why it isn't aired at the same time over here as it is on US TV.
That was piss poor imo. Why they didnt make a bigger issue over it i have no idea.. If that was supposed to be a peek preview leading up to a bigger insight to it i think it failed because now i'm not even that arsed about the hatch anymore.
As much as they were at the end of season 2? I doubt it.. In series one they built up a lot of suspense and mystery based around the discovery of the hatch.. at the end of season 2 they did the same thing with it exploding/imploding'. I couldn't wait for what i thought would be an episode focusing on the hatch but instead all we got was a 10 second clip with locke saying 'It just imploded' then on they go to find a polar bear. There was something very surreal about this episode so i'm expecting/hoping for a good twist that involves the hatch but imo the first-look that we got seemed no more important than the discovery of a dead bore. Why didn't anyone say 'Oh btw, what the fucking fuck was that almighty flash, rumble of the island and weird electric noise' we all heard?
