Saw it as an impressionable 9 year old... EVERYTHING in that film scares me... tree in garden that eats kids, toys coming to life & dragging you under the bed, footsteps upstairs when there's no-one there, your face falling into the sink and worst of all - that midget psychic.

    i didn't sleep for a week...

Event Horizon is probs the scarriest film ive ever seen. Mixture of psycological horror and visual horror, scared the shit out of me.

The early nightmare on elm street films used to fuck me up but i was about 10 at the time. Used to find sleeping impossible thinking that someone was gunna pull me through my bed!! lol

When i watch them now they're just laughable!!

Agree with the Jeepers Creepers film, tis class until ya find out what it is!! Just runins it completely! :spangled:

I's say the start of the Grudge is pretty jumpy, that wierd blue face coming out of nowhere!
But because of its repetitiveness its simply not scary by the end of the film..... its like oh no..... here comes that deformed bird with the blue face again...... arghhh.

the last film that really made me scared was 'Jacobs Ladder'

fantastic film but it really scared me. made me want to cry out of fear.

had to watch it tho, cos when we have kids, moss wants Jacob as a middle name because of that film.

was good tho, if u havent seen it, watch it.

i quite like scarey films that freak you out a bit, but ones that are just full of suspense, so you are constantly jumping just annoy me!

i've just bought loads of new films i've never seen before to entertain me while i'm off work but none of them look remotely scarey!
