Not sure if it should be made public, but if it was then what someone has been convicted for must be included. Did you know you get put on the register for getting caught shagging in a car? There are a number of other consensual acts between adults that can get you on the register too, so just having a list of names would be very dangerous, as otherwise someone could get beaten up/killed for just shagging their partner in public!
