You probably cant report him they dont give a toss on the phone for taxi companies. Your better off requesting him or tracking him down somehow, vomitting in the back of his car or just doing anything else you feel is necessary. You could always punch him in the face as well if your feeling extra pissed off.

I was in manchester at the weekend and we got a bus at 2:30am, cost 1 pound from the club back to the hotel which was miles away!

Honestly, I would get the metro but Whitley Bay metro station actually looks like a scene from a horror film on friday/saturday, most nights really.
