    duncan is busy re-integrating into society. he has been holding a full time job down for nearly 2 years now, has a long term girlfriend and has even given up most drugs.

    spence is alive and well, saw him and foster at new year, and i still speak to him every now and then.

    work and life caught up with me but i still read the board quite a bit when i'm on my travels with work.
