Ive probably said this before but..in no particular order..

Nigel Godrich - aka Radioheads sixth band member Just fucking ridiculous, ive yet to hear production like it. Defined an era and will take a lot to be beaten.. Yes, i bot Radiohead
    :)

George Martin - Beatles producer for the majority, nothing needs to be said :cool2:

Rick Rubin - Such a diverse Cv but his shining moments imo have to be the Mars Volta albums, particularly 'deloused in the comotorium' Music so insanely complex and twisted, you would have to be a complete genius to even begin comprehending how to capture it in the studio, unreal, listen to it..

Brian Wilson - Beach boys genius. Dont think he was directly installed as producer until later on, but would have been indirectly involved from the start being the sole writer and composer of those insane harmonies and beautiful melodies. Imagine the rest of the band turning up in the morning and hes like, "right, ive wrote this 5 piece vocal harmony and a full orchestral backing, what do you reckon lads?" Mindblowing!!!

Jimpster - In no way one of the greatest of all time, but just a personal favourite and wanted to include a dance producer. In 10 years time his discography will be almost unrivalled imo, bit of a legend

Can't believe i missed Dr Dre out for Casper pound, Dre's production skills are outstanding the electro tracks tracks he produced in the 80's are sick as well N.W.A being one the best hip hop acts of all time.IMO

If i had a top 10 Dre would be in there without a doubt. His CV is immense and hes pretty much a genre pioneer. Please dont ask for a top 10 or ill end up looking like a proper nerd

i know, obviously people who grew up listening to trance aren't as cultured, i'll bear that in mind next time and i'll google up some really obscure producers to make my digital penis look massive

tbf listening to Breakcore would do more than put a chip in your shoulder, more like a hole the size of a small island in your skull
