    Nope, don't think so. Experimented with it MANY times. Tried taking 4 litres before a powerlifting workout, see if it made much difference. I found it didn't make me any stronger, but made it feel like my body was cruising ( eg squatting 450 pounds, felt like the bare bar, no sensation of a blood pressure spike or IAP, pain, etc). I find this in clubs too - takes the edge off fatigue.

    No mood change whatsoever noticed by me, though.

    Tried eating a full packet of Pro Plus too, which just netted me massive vomiting about 5 hrs later, followed by literally zero sleep, depression, headache, nervous tremors, a 120 resting heart rate, fear of impending death.

    not AT ALL a good drug of abuse. Probably why it's legal.
