I cant do it anymore though!!! Im out in London this weekend, straight on to an afterparty of course but then I'll be wanting bed No more, no more!!

I've changed my usual routine extremely suddenly over the past week. Started going to bed earlier and getting up at about 9/10 instead of well after noon as i normally would. Started caring about what i eat and choosing to eat bran flakes or special K (hah) for breakfast and starting to exercise everyday. Trying to convince myself i'm not gonna take anymore unhealthy forms of mind-altering things and generally making the most of a day by going to the beach etc. When i next go clubbing i'll be hammered by the time 12 comes

Ive been in the clubs loads lately ... but mostly DJing, not been smashed for a while come to think about it! Ive told the promoter to have the tequilas lined up to get the ball rolling

You're fond of tequila's aren't you I havent been out a lot atm due to friends being skint or wanting to do summer things which is fair do's with me. Can't wait for Global though! Wouldnt mind GG on the 29th either but only if my m8's who arent going to gg want to go otherwise I'll no doubt see Eddie's set twice.

I'm a boring shite i dont bother with anything like that. Actually i think its more a case of being a cheap skate and going for the cheapest cans on offer and if i wanna get pissed quick i get the chepest vodka I even drank 3 litres of white ace last week after taking it to a little get together for whoever felt desperate enough to drink it but after a better offer came through of 'Sound' they left the cider. I wasnt letting my £2.79 go towards nothing

How do you stay in shape?

Surely you get the munchies with so much going on I think i read somewhere that u dont even goto the gym? Or does sucking lemons all day keep everything dandy!

I must have a fast metabolism, cuz I eat loads and drink loads and I do naff all excersise Im excatly the same size as when I used to be riding ten horses a day and was in super fit mode ... obviously now all my muscles are shit by hey Im still roughly the same size :angel2:

that was the same with me but either the food i've been ramming down my throat has decided not to disappear as fast or the beer drinking has developed a bellay. Either way i dont like it and i'm set on doing some nifty abracadabra *gone* trickery

Running home from work (about 1.5miles) abt 5 times a week until I'm on holiday from the 12th/08 shouldn't do me any harm. I'll be well miffed if it I groweven more though

I havent been swimming for ages. I love it though. Seeing how far I can swim underwater is fun!

I think i'll hit the sack now I'm definately not going for the 'longest time' record anytime soon and I'm just contradicting myself in my earlier post when i say I've been going to bed earlier

I'll have to be dipping my bits in soon. I havent been to dunston for ages. i'm sure the deep end is about 12 foot or something and when u dive to the bottom all u hear is ringing from the pressure!
