  I love this thread.

Promise for me was much better when I started going which was about 3 years ago I think? Even then it was starting to stop weekly and go every 2 weeks the crowd was getting smaller.

Goodgreef I think Ive only had about 2 really good nights at tall trees, and then was when I first started going clubbing so prizes for guessing why that probably was...

Its clearly going to depend on which one you started going to like Helen said, you made friends there and thats why you went back.

For me, goodgreef attracts so so so many charvers its unreal, Promise near the end did but Im sure it didnt have that many at first  Im not sure.

Anyway Promise was much better :)

is tree's the only goodgreef you've bben to though cos to be honest i wouldn't judge goodgreef just on this crowd a good 50% of the trees crowd goto trees weekin and out just cos it's their home club , i'm not saying that going other events is going to change your mind on this thread but it would change you mind about the real goodgreefers

    Promise 2001- 2002 was untouchable

when the likes of seaman, warren, sasha etc were playing, combined with the likes of ornadel and hardwick, the nights were amazing

never been to goodgreef, i would rather have my limbs pulled off then be beaten to death with them then go

if the people on the GG board are anything to go by, id be in constant fear of my phone or wallet being nicked

been to gg@tt once and had a class night... but only cos i got smashed as it was my birthday, music was shite - judge jules i fink, and there were loads of people i knew out. kept seeing scumbags from school though, dirty rotters

promise always had a great atmosphere... always met new people and had a laugh whilst being battered so promise has to win that one. sorry to see it gone.

NOT BEEN GOIN CLUBBING LONG THEN REALLY HAVE YOU

goodgreef was never full of charvas when it began
it does get the odd chav now but so does everywhere
so its to be expected really

most ppl dont let things like that bother them just the cliquey ppl who think that they own the club coz they been goin longest or some shit like that and dont like the fact new ppl are getting into this type of music (they must think they are the only ones allowed to like trance etc..)
