so it comes down to the fact that the firework company were at fault, not making sure they were tired down, all we r saying is that the injured lady will get a very substanial claim, not only from the firework company, but also the football club,

the fact the club let fireworks in there, and then the fact hte firework company (if it was a proper company) couldn't have done much of a risk assessment means she will get quite a bit probably!and deserves it all!it was horrendous!

seriously though jeff was right, fieworks shouldn't be allowed in football stadiums+ it was by a proffesional display team so i reckon they and the stadium safety team would have done a full assesment- the fa also send a safety officer to every league+cup game...
